When can I contact you?

You can call, but for non-Australian enquiries, please be aware of the time in Australia! Or hours are normally 8:30am to 7pm, Australian Eastern Time.

What languages do YOU know?

English, Japanese and Italian. And C, C#, Assembly, Labview, Labwindows, and Python!

Can you help with manufacturing?

We have selected PCB and Flex PCB manufacturers in Taiwan, China and Malaysia, who provide low cost and high quality. For populating PCB’s (ie: PCBA’s) we can populate small prototypes ourselves or outsource locally. Higher volumes are populated overseas in high quality PCBA assembly houses, who can also provide turnkey for your product assembly.

What about End-of-Life Components?

We can help source alternatives. If necessary, we can modify a design to encompass an alternative part. Our designs tend to use well known, trusted brands of components so the risks are mitigated to some extent. Capacitors have been of late a big problem with supply – we can help find alternative, that have the same or superior form, fit and function. Lets’ face it, if your design has an old SLIC or SLAC IC that is EOL, you might have to do a last time buy, else a redesign the PCB and a major update of the firmware is on the cards.

Who owns the IP and source files produced?

The client. We do not withhold files to lock you in to us.

What are your schematic design capabilities?

Op-amps, FETs circuits, LTSpice, BJTs, DC-DC converters, power switching, timing, discrete logic, level converters, microcontrollers, PWM lighting, LCDs, test points, DFM/DFT, audio, I2C, UART, SPI, full BOM, power supplies, differential lines, high speed circuits, etc, etc, and etc! We only use Altium, but can output is various formats.

Who do you partner with?

We work with industrial design companies, PCBA prototype assemblers, compliaqnce test houses, test fixture manufacturers and component vendors; depending upon the client’s needs.
